Janice is also a qualified yoga teacher, offering pregnancy yoga classes and hatha yoga in Croydon, Surrey. She trained with the Sunra Institute in the Sivananda hatha yoga tradition which is recognised by Yoga Alliance and runs classes at St Mildreds Centre, Bingham Road, Addiscombe, Croydon, Surrey.

Janice gained her qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis which has been accredited by the University of Greenwich and The Open University.

Janice is a member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, a professional body whose members are required to adhere to a Code of Conduct and are bound by strict rules of confidentiality.
